All DJT holders can engage in Dijets governance by delegating their vote to their chosen council member(s) all the while remaining in full control.

HAL is a method arc instance designed to gather & record performance metrics for each council member to distribute participation incentives.

HAL rewards classes of measurable governance actions. A set pool of LQs per month is allocated for distribution based on participation.
